Thad is a graduate of Dowling College, in New York and was nominated for the Fulbright Scholarship. He is currently the “Artist in Residence” at Artist League Studios (a think-tank studio for emerging artists) founded by native Minnesota painter Edward Lentsch.

TJ discovered his talent at an early age working with pen, paints, to tell stories and create a complex transformative discovery into emotional art work that transcends any age or audience.

His complexly unique style of drawing has almost the feel of Charles Shultz. And as well someday he may also be equally regarded as such--- a true ‘Minnesota Treasure’! Through many years of study he has amassed significant knowledge that he takes to the canvas including sociology, arts, film, automobiles, and architecture that reaches depths beyond detailed description of cities like Minneapolis, St Paul and every borough of New York. His knowledge and love of classic automobiles is also a recurring theme through his work.
